Nelsen Commercial System Skids

Control Flow Technology

The Nelsen Water Solutions AIO® features a unique patented process. Most systems purge the air pocket in the tank violently during the regeneration process, potentially damaging plumbing and creating excessive noise. Our patented process slowly releases the air pocket during regeneration before replenishing the tank with a fresh pocket of air. Additionally, our system will delay the regeneration process and air release if water is used in the home or business. Once the water flow stops, the regeneration process begins slowly, releasing the air from the system. In some competitive systems, water use will prevent the release of air due to the internal design limitations of the control valve or violently release the air once the water flow stops. Professional water treatment dealers can now offer their customers the important advantages of the Nelsen Water Solutions AIO with control flow technology.

Crafted to excel in the demanding environments of commercial settings, our AIO systems with Control Flow Technology boast the exclusive Nelsen proprietary air injection control valve. These controls stand out for their patented process, ensuring a gradual release of the air pocket and introducing a distinctive delay of regeneration upon detecting water usage. This technology not only elevates system performance but also extends the lifespan of media, while significantly reducing water and salt consumption.

Our range of systems includes options featuring the Nelsen Water Solutions Signature Series 1-1/4" NWS Meter Control, 1-1/2" composite control, and the 1-1/2" top-mount epoxy-coated lead-free brass control valve, available in systems sizes ranging from 14" to 24" tanks. To tailor your system to your specific needs, simply select the appropriate media based on your water treatment requirements.

Optional Modular
Skid Systems

Choose the appropriate skid for the corresponding system. Fiberglass Tanks and Steel Tanks require different skids
with different mounting locations for the tanks. The size of the skid is also dependent on the size of the tanks. Skids include mounting the system to the skid and all necessary hardware.

Triplex systems 42" and larger require a Single Unit Skid
and Twin Unit Skid and are placed side by side at the installation site.

Quad systems require two Twin Skids.   Skids DO NOT provide room for brine tank on the skid. Skid choices
should provide for brine tank positioning if desired.
